I just received my Laidback laptop table and it rules. It is constructed of maple and it is very sturdy. I highly recommend the Laidback based on materials and construction. I haven't been this satisfied since I bought my laptop. They ought to have a laptop/Laidback combo since I truly believe the Laidback is the ultimate accessory for anyone who loves the freedom and comfort of a laptop over a desktop. I'm typing this comment on the Laidback in bed right now. Let the slothing begin!

Damn, man.  This is fantastic.  I'm sitting in my Ekornes Stressless reclining chair, and I may not move for the rest of the day.  The Laidback fits between the arms of the chair perfectly, which was my main concern (the Stressless chair comes in a couple widths, but I think I have the narrowest -- so it'll work, in case you have similar queries in the future).  I'm tempted to recount the qualities of the Laidback experienced so far -- nothing heating up my lap, a viewing angle that's sympathetic to my troublesome neck, a wrist-friendly writing position -- but I'm sure you've heard these before.  The only instruction I may end up violating is the one on falling asleep.   But I shall be attentive.  Excellent design and workmanship.  I like the way it looks and feels and goes together.
